My Story on How I Made Solar Panels

These are instructions and a background on how to make your own solar panels for 105.43. All I used is included in the list below.:

Broken solar cells for cheap
Lumber
Plastic glass I picked up at home depot.
Any screws to hold down the solar panels
Silicone Chaulk that can be bought for about 2 bucks
Wiring used for soldering with a soldering iron
This thing called Diode.
I had paint left over from redecorating so I thought why not, let’s paint the wood.
A Jones Plug to transfer the energy properly

Learning how to make your own solar panels can be fun and save you money at the same time. If everyone had one of these solar panels, the world would be in much better shape. If you can put together a model airplane, then you can put together a solar panel. You may think you need to have a degree in electrical engineering to build your own solar panels, but my 13-year old son built one with my help.

After you know how to make your own solar panels, go ahead and get the things in the shopping list I listed above. The best part is that you can get these things inexpensively and even for free. Some businesses give you some of these items for free because it’s not up to their standard as sellable. The things that can be received for cheap are solar cells that are broken but still usable, wiring and plastic plexiglass.

Make your own solar panels.

I took the instructions from Power4Home to make my own solar panels. Hopefully you can do the same and make the same solar panels as I did.

I thank you for reading how I made solar panels. Good luck with your first solar panel build. Leave a smaller carbon footprint for the generations to come.
